Terms of use

Nexcod Pharmacy is an online marketplace operated by Nexcod POS. It connects you with independent, licensed retail pharmacies. We do not own, stock, sell or dispense any medicine ourselves.

1. Who you are buying from

Every product on this platform is sold and dispensed by the pharmacy shown on the listing. That pharmacy is the seller of record. It holds the drug licence, raises the bill, collects the payment and is responsible for the goods it supplies.

Nexcod Pharmacy acts as an intermediary that displays listings and passes your order to the pharmacy. We are not a party to the sale contract between you and the pharmacy.

2. How an order works

You add items to a cart belonging to one pharmacy, enter your details, and choose home delivery or self pickup. Your order is then handed to that pharmacy on WhatsApp, together with a tracking link.

An order is only a request until the pharmacy confirms it. The pharmacy may decline it, offer a substitute, or correct the amount — for example if stock ran out at the counter, or if a prescription is required and not provided.

Prices shown are the pharmacy's prices and can never exceed the printed MRP. The pharmacy confirms the final payable amount before dispatch.

3. Payment

You pay the pharmacy directly. Nexcod Pharmacy does not currently collect payments and does not store card, UPI or bank details. Anyone claiming to be Nexcod Pharmacy and asking you for a card number, UPI PIN, CVV or an OTP is committing fraud — do not share it, and report it to us.

4. Eligibility and correct use

You must be 18 or older to place an order. You must give accurate delivery details and use medicines only as directed by a registered medical practitioner.

Content on this platform is product information supplied by pharmacies and manufacturers. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consulting a doctor.

5. What you may not do

Do not place fraudulent orders, misuse another person's prescription, resell medicines bought here, scrape or copy listings and photographs, or attempt to interfere with the platform's security. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Our liability

Because we are an intermediary, our liability is limited to the operation of the platform itself. Claims about the goods — quality, quantity, expiry, price charged, delivery or refund — lie against the pharmacy that supplied them.

That said, we do act. Report a pharmacy through our complaints system and we investigate. Pharmacies that mistreat customers are warned, suspended, and removed from the platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
