Privacy policy

This policy explains what Nexcod Pharmacy collects, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

Your email address — it is how you sign in. We do not store a password, because we do not use one.

Your name, mobile number and delivery address — collected at checkout, and shared with the pharmacy you ordered from so it can deliver.

Your orders — items, amounts, status and any note you wrote to the pharmacist.

Technical data — IP address and basic request logs, kept to detect abuse and fraud.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI IDs, CVV, PINs or OTPs. There is no payment gateway in the current checkout — money moves directly between you and the pharmacy.

Who we share it with

Only the pharmacy you ordered from, and only what it needs to fulfil that order. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to investigate fraud or a complaint.

Prescriptions and health data

A prescription you share is sensitive personal data. Where a prescription is uploaded through the platform it is stored with restricted access, every access is logged, and only the dispensing pharmacy and our compliance staff can view it. It is never used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and dispensing records are kept as long as pharmacy law requires. Sign-in codes are hashed and expire in ten minutes. You may ask us to delete your account, and we will, except for records we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data. Email support@nexcodpos.in from your registered address.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in codes are hashed. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and administrative actions on the platform are logged.
